Research of the market and suitable potential sponsors.

Identification of the target’s requirements - In broad terms, the sponsor’s product defines its target market.

The development of a sponsorship package - Based on research of the target and identification of their core marketing messages.

The development and maintenance of a close working relationship with the sponsor and sponsee to ensure that both parties’ requirements are met.
